Exchange and Returns
- At this time we do not accept returns on any purchases from BODO ActiveWear. We only do exchange or give store credit in return.
- Timeframe: All orders are eligible for exchange with store credit within 14 days of the delivery of your order. To process and verify your return, please email us at return@bodoactivewear.com. Make sure to add Return in the email subject. At this time, we are unable to offer free returns for Domestic or international orders so please ship your items to our warehouse using any prepaid and trackable return method to the address listed below.

Be sure to include your order number and name as a reference inside your package.
If you’d like to exchange your item, please send it back as a return and place a new order.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.
- Condition of the product: Please make sure that the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact in order to be eligible for an exchange or return.
- Proof of purchase: At BODO ActiveWear we request all customers to provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase in order to initiate an exchange or return.
- Reasons for return: The acceptable reasons for returning a product is defects, damage during shipping, or dissatisfaction with the product.
- Exchange options: The policy may specify whether customers can exchange the product for a different size, color, or model, or if they can only receive a store credit.
- Refund method: At this time we only accept exchange or return with store credit.
At BODO we extremely recommend to make sure you check and review your final product for size, color and amount. Also make sure to review our return and exchange policy before make your purchase.
